The goal of my clinical practice is to educate, motivate and support others on their unique journey towards optimal health and well-being—body, mind & soul.
I want to empower you to achieve your health goals, with the support you need, at a pace you are comfortable with. I’m eager to work as part of a team, to get you the best care possible, to increase your quality of life.

I am a Registered Clinical Herbalist whose work is based on the philosophy that the body has an innate healing capacity, providing the mind, body, and spirit are in harmony and I believe that the body strives to reach a place of homeostasis. I adopt a practice based on a Functional Herbal Therapy approach, addressing the root cause of dis-ease by utilizing a systems-oriented approach. I have completed the Pre-Medicine program and a University Transfer Diploma in Microbiology at Red Deer College and graduated the Four-Year Clinical Herbal Therapist program from North America’s oldest school of Herbal Medicine, Dominion Herbal College in 2022. As a student at Dominion Herbal College, I completed 510 supervised clinic hours with a focus on interview skills, physical examination techniques, formulation and dispensing of herbal remedies, and proper clinic management. I am a professional member with the Alberta Herbalists Association, of which I am also a Board Member, and I am on the Board of the Canadian Council of Herbalist Associations. I am continuously seeking to promote and protect the use of Herbal Medicine within our province and country.
